“I’m Gonna Move”!! The new album by Martín Burguez & His Rhythm Combo. The new sextet of guitarist and singer Martín Burguez is a tribute to the famous Rhythm & Blues bands of the 50’s and features some of the best Blues, Jazz and Rhythm & Blues musicians of the European scene. With original compositions of his own authorship, and covering some classics (sometimes not so classics), the aim of this album is to  follow in the tradition of blues and r’n’b without losing any of its freshness.

An album designed both for listening and dancing, with seven songs composed by Martín Burguez that reflect his musical and life experiences of the last few years. In addition, there are five covers of songs composed by some of the great Rhythm & Blues masters.

This is the band’s first album, which since its creation and in the last two years, has participated in the European art scene, performing at music festivals, dance festivals, music clubs and different types of events. The album aims to capture the journey of this project that continues to grow, learn and share with each performance! “I’m Gonna Move” is an invitation to keep moving, on the dance floor and in life!

Take a Walk With The Groovy Four is the quartet´s debut album, full of Blues, Swing and Rhythm&Blues! With catchy and enchanting original compositions and a dose of carefully selected covers, this album will captivate you from the first song to the last!

Featuring the guitar and voice of Martín Burguez and the saxophone of Arnaud desprez, they unleash a flurry of melodies and riffs, alongside the solid rhythmic base handled by Oriol Fontanals on double bass and Pascal Mucci on drums.

Four musicians with many years of experience on European stages, connoisseurs of the style, and lovers of the genre, have come together to form this new project.

They draw inspiration ranging from Tiny Grimes, Bill Jennings, Red Prysock and Joe Houston, as well as echoes of Oscar Alemán of self-authored music, always invoking the great reference of the music that shone in the 1940s and 1950s.

In this album, Martín Burguez presents 11 original compositions inspired by the sounds of Jump Blues and Rhythm & Blues from the 1940s and 1950s.

Along with his band El Club del Jump (Argentina), they have performed at various Blues festivals in Argentina and South America between 2014 and 2019.
